Our Programs
HIGH INTENSITY OUTPATIENT (HIOP/PHP)
HIOP, often referred to as PHP, is a structured level of care provided by Corazon Recovery Centers that offers intensive mental health support for individuals who require more assistance than standard outpatient therapy but do not need 24-hour residential care. These rehab programs typically run 5–6 days per week for several hours each day, combining group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric support, and holistic services.
The goal is to stabilize symptoms, build coping skills, and support recovery while allowing clients to continue living at home or in supportive housing. It serves as either a step-down from inpatient/residential care or a step-up from outpatient treatment when someone needs a higher level of support.
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT (IOP)
IOP is a flexible level of care offered by Corazon Recovery Centers that provides structured therapy and mental health support for individuals who do not need residential or partial hospitalization but still require more than standard outpatient therapy. Clients typically attend 3–5 days per week for 3 hours per session, engaging in group therapy, individual counseling, skill-building, and relapse prevention.
This program allows clients to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities while receiving ongoing treatment, making it an effective step-down from higher levels of care or a step-up from weekly outpatient therapy, as well as a key component of their rehab programs.
OUTPATIENT (OP)
OP is the least intensive level of care offered by Corazon Recovery Centers, designed for individuals who are stable and need ongoing mental health support while living independently. Clients typically attend 1–2 sessions per week, focusing on individual therapy, group counseling, or family sessions as part of their rehab programs. This level of care assists clients in maintaining progress, reinforcing coping skills, and preventing relapse, often serving as a step-down from IOP or PHP, or as a starting point for those requiring lower-intensity treatment.
VIRTUAL OPTIONS
Corazon Recovery Centers offers Virtual Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programs that bring essential mental health support directly to you, no matter where you are. Through secure video sessions, you can connect with licensed clinicians for live group therapy, individual counseling, and ongoing support as part of our comprehensive rehab programs.
RECOVERY RESIDENCES
At Corazon Recovery Centers, we offer safe and supportive Recovery Residences for individuals seeking a structured living environment while focusing on their recovery. Our homes, in collaboration with trusted community partners, provide a balance of independence and accountability, featuring comfortable accommodations, peer support, and access to staff guidance.
Whether through our own residences or in partnership with community-based housing programs, clients benefit from our mental health support and various rehab programs that promote supportive living environments. These resources help them build essential life skills, maintain sobriety, and prepare for long-term success.
ALUMNI PROGRAM
Our Alumni Program at Corazon Recovery Centers keeps clients connected long after treatment ends. Through ongoing mental health support groups, social events, mentorship opportunities, and community service projects, alumni can strengthen their recovery while giving back to others. This network, formed through our rehab programs, provides encouragement, accountability, and lasting connections to help each person thrive in long-term sobriety.
